Lessine has developed various machines for each technique that adjust to your application. With a fully equipped testing room, the Lessine team manages to conduct tests on a semi-industrial scale to guarantee the performance of the future installation and predict its wear conditions.
The Pin mill reduces products of a hardness of less than 3 Mohs. It enables a very fine output particle size going up to 10 µ.
The product to grind is injected into the center of a circular vertical stator-rotor. The rotor turning at high speed “sucks” the product and projects it towards the output, then passes through the rotating milling elements. The output is situated in the circumference of the unit.
The collision of the particles also contributes to the milling. The product is carried in a great air stream to manage the material and limit heating during milling.
The flash dryer is mainly designed to remove free moisture from certain products for instant materials drying.
The material is dispersed in a blast of hot air, pushing it to a drying duct at great speed. This system combines the rotary effect and drying for instant drying of wet powders. The particles move quickly and dry in a few seconds.
The barrel blender allows the homogenization or re-homogenization of mixtures by batch in barrels of all sizes and designs.
The recipes are prepared for suitable recipients. The barrel for blending is affixed onto a slanted turning shaft; it attaches very easily to the support of the blender and follows its rotation movement. A high-energy device may be added for difficult products.

Ideal for mixing or homogenization of dry or slightly wet materials or pastes. The paddle rotor energetically stirs the recipe to obtain a homogenous mixture in a minimum amount of time.
Characterized by a very energetic mixing process, this mixer is equipped with paddles or ploughs affixed onto a rotating shaft. They are shaped and directed according to the nature of the products to mix, thereby enhancing the products, and guaranteeing a good homogenization in a minimum amount of time.
