PowerProof Portable Powder Sampler
The PowerProof is Labocontrole’s portable, motor-driven sampling tool designed for the extraction of representative cross-sectional samples from powders, granules, and bulk solids. Built with hygiene, safety, and sampling accuracy in mind, the PowerProof enables operators to take samples directly from bags, sacks, drums, big-bags, IBCs, and bulk containers with minimal product disturbance.
The system uses a rotating stainless-steel sampling probe that gently penetrates the material to collect samples at multiple depths, ensuring reliable and reproducible results. With a rechargeable battery-powered actuator (or optional pneumatic drive), the PowerProof delivers controlled rotation and extraction without requiring external electrical connections.
All product-contact components are made from 316L stainless steel, designed for easy disassembly, cleaning, and sterilization. The minimal dead-space design reduces contamination risks and ensures compliance with GMP, FDA, HACCP, and ISO hygiene standards.
